Shipping and Delivery
All pieces are made to order. Once your pre-order window closes, please allow up to 3 weeks for production before dispatch. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order is on its way.
Half Dozen is not responsible for unexpected delays or items lost in transit. Delivery dates are estimated.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of a fault or error on our part.
In the case of clothing, we can offer exchanges for size swaps, however please check sizing carefully before ordering — if you have any questions, get in touch before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at joe@halfdozen.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, including your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We'll make it right.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production may have already begun and we are unable to guarantee a cancellation. Any cancellation requested after 24 hours will be subject to a 5% payment processing fee as this is what we are charged by PayPal etc.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable in their country. These are not included in the order total and are non-refundable. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, Half Dozen assumes no responsibility for the shipment or associated costs.
